8) Bentley Cocktail
Ingredients
2 ounces Dubonnet Rouge
2 ounces Applejack
1 dash Orange Bitters
Directions:
Pre-chill a cocktail glass by placing in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.
Shake the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the prepared glass; serve immediately.
Garnish with an orange peel
