12) Bobby Burns
Ingredients:
1 oz Blended Scotch whisky (12-Year Old)
1 oz Sweet vermouth (Noilly Prat Rouge)
1⁄2 oz Bénédictine
Garnish:
1 Lemon peel
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Twist a lemon peel over the glass to release its oils and then drop it into the drink.
