18) Claridge
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces dry gin
1 1/2 ounces dry vermouth
1/2 ounce Cointreu or another orange liqueur
1/2 ounce apricot brandy
Preparation:
Fill cocktail shaker 1/2 way with ice
Add gin, vermouth, Cointreau and apricot brandy
Shake it for 20 seconds and pour it in to a martini glass
Garnish with a lemon peel
