Carmine's classic rice pudding

INGREDIENTS FOR 8 TO 10 PERSONS:

3 cups of Arborio rice ( my preference ) or any other rice

6 cups of milk

1/2 Teaspoon of salt

4 teaspoon of Vanilla extract

Cinnamon

PROCEDURE:

Precook the rice in water to 3/4 of the way on a medium to high fire and stir it  occasionally, add half spoon of salt and 2 cups of milk, keep stiring. Add the rest of the milk as needed, when rice is nice and creamy take it off the fire. Add the vanilla extract and stir it and set it in a ceramic plate of any shape. Final step sprinkle the cinnamon on top, cover it with plastic wrap or alluminum wrap and let it sit in the fridge to cool off. Enjoy it
