Black Truffles Stringozzi with wild mushrooms

ingredient:

1 package of stringozzi

Garlic

Extra virgin olive oil

2 or 3 pints of wild mushrooms of your choice

Heavy cream or butter

Parmesan cheese

Preparation for 4 people:

Saute` the mushrooms in oil and garlic for 5 minutes, add half cup of heavy cream or butter and reduce. Cook the pasta in salted water for 12 minutes or when "Al Dente", add the pasta to the mushroom sauce. Add parmesan cheese and stir well and serve.
