RED ELEPHANT - Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 #EstateBottled #SingleVineyard
This is a cabernet sauvignon from Curico Valley, Chile. Waxed top got my attention. Color is beautiful and lively. Great fruit forward full body cab. with lots of blackberries, also red-black cherries, cassis, cedar, leather and firm oak kissed tannins. It would probably show better in few more years. Chilean wines just keep getting better
